Its tyres, which are inflatable and require to be pumped up occasionally and have a suspension built-in. This was very comfortable for my kids.

The shape and size of the seat is a further factor to consider. The seat should be big enough for your child to be at ease and to lie down. Certain three-wheel buggies have an option to lie flat completely while others only allow for the parent to be facing one.

An excellent option for taking on off-road or muddy walks is the Roma Atlas. This is particularly useful when you hit the kerb or a tree. The front wheel can be lifted slightly to prevent hitting it.

Buggies with larger wheels can be quite large, and they may be a challenge to fit into narrow spaces. This is a problem when you're using it for an exercise bike or to be able to get through doors that are narrow when out and about. Fortunately, many models come with compact folding options that let you take off the front wheels to create more compact storage.

Easy to Manoeuvre

A three-wheeler can be more comfortable to drive with a child. The way they are built ensures that the front wheels turn on a dime and are extremely easy to maneuver and are ideal for difficult terrains like cobbles, parks, bumpy pavements and dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried a best 3 wheel buggy-wheeler with her newborn and toddler and wrote: "The Terrain was a pleasure to navigate over the rough terrain with the swivel rear wheel particularly useful. I was also awed by the way it handled kerbs with the hand-operated break. I found it extremely stable when going downhill or over uneven ground."

The only drawback to this great maneuverability, is that the larger wheels of the 3 wheel stroller lightweight wheel buggy can sometimes make it difficult to squeeze into tight spaces. This is something you should keep in mind when your home is an urban area. If this is a problem then a 4-wheeler might be a better choice for you.
