Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

If you're looking for an French door fridge that doesn't break the bank and isn't expensive, this Frigidaire is a good choice. It's a basic design that's not as visually striking as some of the competition, but it has enough features to make it a solid choice. Its most important feature is the adjustable temperature drawer which helps keep food items like veggies and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser and a decent ice maker that operates quickly.

Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits above the two crisper bins. The drawer lets you direct a portion of your fridge's cooling power into this area, so that you can keep food items which need extra attention. This feature can be adjusted using an outside slider that is located inside the drawer. I've noticed that the general settings are more effective than the specific ones.

In my tests, I discovered that the temperatures in the refrigerator were fairly consistent in different areas of the fridge. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the fridge didn't differ much from 38 degrees. This is a great performance however it doesn't make it into the top ten in our ratings.
